GOlgi apparatus
Golgi Apparatus is found in all plant and animal cells. They are flat disc-like structures close to the endoplasmic reticulum. The amount within a cell is varied from cell to cell. The golgi apparatus gets proteins and lipids, seals them up and sends them to the cell plasma, within the cell, and the outside of the cell.
